With over 30 years of experience in Christian ministry management, Kelli has held key roles at several globally recognized Christian organizations – including Focus on the Family, David C Cook, and The Joshua Fund – where she built a reputation for specializing in working with globally-minded, visionary leaders. Throughout her career, Kelli has helped these ministries expand their reach and impact, drawing on her strong organizational leadership and passion for the Gospel.
Career and Ministry Leadership
Kelli began her career in the early 1990s at Focus on the Family, an international Christian family ministry. Their radio broadcasts reach over 200 million people worldwide in more than 150 languages. During her years there, Kelli coordinated major projects and gained vital experience in ministry operations. This work helped her build a strong foundation in leadership while supporting the mission of strengthening families and sharing the Gospel.
Next, Kelli served at GateKeepers International from 2011 to 2015 as Executive Administrator and Chief Operating Officer. She directed daily operations, supported the vision of the founders, and partnered with leaders worldwide. This season strengthened her ability to manage organizations while aligning operations with larger ministry goals.
In 2015, Kelli joined David C Cook, a Christian publishing and curriculum organization. She became Executive Administrator to the CEO and served until 2021. During her time at David C Cook, she turned vision into action. She coordinated across departments, helped guide global projects, and supported outreach to churches in more than 120 countries. Her leadership ensured the ministry continued to innovate and expand its worldwide reach with Christ-centered resources.
Leadership at The Joshua Fund
Later, Kelli joined The Joshua Fund on the senior leadership team. During a time of transition in 2024, she stepped in as Interim Executive Director. She guided both daily operations and long-term strategy with excellence. Recognizing her leadership, the Board officially appointed her as Executive Director on January 1, 2025.
Today, Kelli directs The Joshua Fund’s mission “to bless Israel and Her Neighbors in the name of Jesus.” She leads efforts that range from humanitarian aid to educational projects. Under her leadership, the team partners with churches and leaders in the Middle East to provide relief, encourage believers, and show God’s love in practical ways. Her steady leadership keeps The Joshua Fund focused and effective, even in challenging times.
Education and Personal Life
Kelli earned two degrees from Azusa Pacific University: a B.A. in Business Administration and Management and a B.A. in Religion. These degrees give her a unique blend of leadership skills and biblical understanding.
Outside of ministry, Kelli values her family and community. She and her husband, Mark, live in Arizona near their grandchildren. Friends and colleagues describe her as warm, servant-hearted, and filled with integrity. She remains passionate about empowering others—while at work and at home.
